New website for Corina and Co

RootHost are proud to announce their latest web design client, Ringmer based graphic designer, Corina and Co who specialises in pop-up books and paper engineering. Corina has almost 20 years of experience in paper engineering, and during that time has worked with some of the most well known names in children’s books, including Lauren Child, Nick Sharratt and Neal Layton

I met Corina a few weeks ago to discuss this project and was immediately excited about the prospect of working with her on this design. It made a refreshing change to meet somebody who has a clear vision of how they wish the site the look, and an understanding of the industry.

Having children myself, I am somewhat familiar with pop-up books so this project brings an exciting challenge over the coming weeks and certainly something I will be proud to display in my portfolio.

The original website can be found here.

Starting to look like a website now and is pulling in some clever uses of php, jquery and css.

Will be a very happy bunny if I can figure out how to always show the post in a lightbox, no matter where the user lands from.
