After the satisfactory completion of a web design project RootHost are available for after sales service/website maintenance. Any minor tweaks or changes are carried out to the site free of charge in the first month*. Any support or website maintenance thereafter will be charged at my very competitive hourly rate of £22.50 (1 hour minimum charge).

RootHost offer a range of website maintenance plans, from single hourly rate pricing to full-on monthly maintenance packages:-

Hourly Rate Pricing – For smaller ad hoc updates and amendments I can work by the hour at a rate of £22.50 per hour.
Fixed Fee Pricing – For medium and large updates to a site I can give a fixed price quotation to cover the entire work.

Ongoing Maintenance Pricing Contract – Where there are regular updates to content, or continuous fine tuning of source code for search engine optimisation purposes then I can agree a monthly payment option based on a set number of hours per month. This price will work out cheaper than the hourly rate pricing, and any unused time each month is put into beneficial search engine optimisation work.
